In this class we’ll build a simple stand or table typical of work done in the late 17th century on the north shore of Massachusetts. Construction will include molding plane use, mortise and tenon joinery draw pinned together and shallow carving and punchwork. Find out how beautiful quartered oak looks and works in the process of building this stand.
